I love everything about food....reading about it, writing about it,experimenting with it and above all eating it. I love baking and trying out new dishes.
I was in the teaching profession and recently decided to give it a break. I am so glad that I took this step as now I have the opportunity and the time to indulge in my first love..my passion for baking!
