This blog is about "All Things Cajun." I will be sharing my love of Cajun food as well as New Orleans history and culture. Having been born and raised in New Orleans I grew up eating Cajun food since I can remember and now as an adult it is a comfort go to food.

Throughout this blog, I will share Traditional Cajun recipes that I grew up watching my Grandmother and Mother cook. I will also do "Cajun in a cinch" which will turn a day’s worth into no time at all.
