I began a profession in the culinary arts after graduating from UNC with psychology degree, and realized I was not ready to continue with my studies in a master's program. I also wanted to be able to care for my daughter full time while pursuing a career. The culinary world enable me to both work in an industry I love passionately and have my daughter with me.
