@Week of Change Blog
It’s hard to change your life at once. One should have a strong will to do that, but most people including me don’t have it at all. So my plan is to change one particular thing every week and to monitor changes in my body, appearance and the way I feel. Changing my life week by week I will have some time to habituate myself to the changes, so I hope it won’t be so hard and depressive and I won’t give up.
