Our life is non-stop chaos, which typically leaves us cherishing the moments. We have gone through everything from health issues, to army life, deployments, combat injury, close calls with death, raising kids, amazing experiences, and at the end of the day learning that our family is the most important thing.

In 2007 my husband was injured in Iraq.. After his injury he deployed one more time before being sent home via medevac. He's had surgeries from his injuries and is limited to certain things today... He also struggles with PTSD and TBI, as well as many other issues... Within a matter of weeks, he will be medically retired.

I reached out more to blogging and advocating in order to cope and deal with this new life. Follow my blog and learn more about our journey in life after combat...
