My blog is about my chosen journey to lead a healthy lifestyle. I used to be overweight. Today, I follow what I like to call the 80/20 rule because life happens and food is just too good! I also have a major sweet tooth ;). I enjoy exercising and taking care of my temple (aka body) because I only have one. I am in my 20s and I live in the amazing city of NYC!
