Always loved the idea of baking but never took it up thinking its probably too complicated. The boxes of easily available Betty crocker cake mixes sitting on Le marches shelves were tempting. Its almost silly as to how easy they are to bake but they also tasted like trash. From my first chocolate cake as hard as a rock to beautiful ones right on the clock. This blog is all about the cakes that i burnt to crisp and the pies that i churn out beautifully brisk.......
